German newspaper claims Putin and Russia no longer has any nuclear weapons

According to the German newspaper, Bild, Russia has no longer any nuclear weapons left.
With the news headline; “Putin no longer has nuclear bombs”, Bild claim that they got the sources from an unidentified ex KGB-agent, who is reported to “question Putin’s ability to make use of his nuclear arsenal”.
Because according to the “spy” that Bild claims they got the information from, “it is very likely that Russia no longer has any nuclear weapons.”
The so called agent is said to have served in the KGB at the same time as the Russian President Vladimir Putin did it, according to Bild.
